Hi, I’m Karl and welcome to the Startup Daily.

What is this?
The Startup Daily brings you a short daily email with the best tips, ideas, and advice from great books on entrepreneurship, business, marketing, management, etc. Sometimes the ideas will be the main theme of the book, sometimes the ideas will be ancillary. I do my best to cover everything from practical specific tips to big picture thoughts and wisdom, from both new books and old.

Who is this for?
This is for everyone who is running a business, planning a business, or just likes to learn from the best minds out there.

Will I receive an email every day?
The Startup Daily is currently delivered six days a week, each email is short (about one page printed) and is digestible in about two minutes. We will never send more than one email a day.

Is this free? Is this a business?
Yes, and Yes. The Startup Daily features great ideas from great books, and provides links to those books on amazon.com using the Amazon Associates affiliate program. That commission enables me to keep this site running and the emails free.

Will you feature my book?
If it has some good ideas I might, the other requirement is that it is available for purchase on Amazon (as my business model depends on this). I am a voracious reader and I try to read all submissions. Send review copies to:
